Are the ID Badge Necklaces/Beaded Lanyards "breakaway"?
|

Yes, the badge holder is breakaway on the standard necklace. They can withstand approximately 6 pounds of pressure, and it is okay to hold keys/pen with your badge. The lanyards are tightly strung to allow for some stretching over time. We use professional grade elastic cord that is extremely durable. We experimented with other types of cording/beading wire, but we've found the professional grade elastic to be the most durable. We also offer magnetic breakaway clasps, but it is NOT recommended to hang anything other than your badge, because it would be too heavy and pull the necklace off (I have to be honest with you...magnets pull apart with a "tug"...that's the whole purpose--and not many companies will tell you that!!). This feature is offered to you for places where breakaway of the NECKLACE is essential (not just the badge). ***MAGNETS SHOULD NOT BE WORN BY PEOPLE WITH PACEMAKERS AND PEOPLE WHO WORK IN MRI DEPARTMENTS!!**

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase from us! We will gladly accept your return within 7 days of delivery to you. The handcrafted gifts must be returned in their original packaging.

How long are the beaded lanyards?
|

The glass beads are approximately 32-34 inches in length and are attached to a ring that is about 1 inch in diameter.

Can I order a beaded lanyard that is a different length?

Absolutely! All you need to do is write a note in the "Custom Field" section during checkout. We would be happy to accomodate 2-4 shorter or longer. If we have any questions, we can email/call you.

How long will it take to get my order?
|

Everything we offer you is handcrafted especially for you. We do not purchase items in bulk from other places (like most of the other companies). We ask that you allow about 2 weeks for delivery, especially for the engraved medical ID bracelets and handcrafted rosaries. But most of the products are shipped much quicker than that.

How much is donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation?

After purchasing materials, advertising and maintenance of the website, we donate all the proceeds. Our goal is not to profit from the website, but rather to be able to maintain the site (by offering you quality gifts) AND donate to JDRF. (Most other websites donate 3-5%)
